History on Two Needles Book æ Paperback Ò Annie modesitt History on Two NeedlesI am not really sure how to review this because I didn't knit any of the patterns although a couple would be easy enough for me But I was really impressed with the level of research Annie Modesitt put into each pattern and the historical context she provided This is a fun read for any knitter

History on Two Needles Book æ Paperback Ò Annie modesitt History on Two NeedlesI like the idea of this book than the book itself The author said she was looking for designs that while historically inspired are still wearable todayMost of these patterns do not achieve that goal and if I ever saw a person wearing most of these clothes on the street I would probably laugh at them and then call a mental institution There were a few pretty things the accessories are better than the sweaters but for the most part the history was better than the knitting
